Agentorist is operated by Agentorist LLC. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Agentorist LLC. References to "you" mean any person or system — including AI agents acting on a user's behalf — that connects to or calls the Agentorist MCP server.
Agentorist is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI agents to search for, discover, and book events, movies, restaurants, hotels, and other experiences. We act as a routing and aggregation layer between AI agents and third-party booking providers. We do not own or operate the venues, events, or services returned in results.
You may use Agentorist to search, discover, and initiate bookings on behalf of end users. You may not:
· Use the service for automated bulk data harvesting or scraping
· Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the service
· Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
· Misrepresent Agentorist as the source of a booking when the booking is completed by a third-party partner
Search results and booking options are sourced from third-party providers including Ticketmaster, Yelp, TMDB, and others. We pass your query parameters to these providers to fulfil requests. Each provider's own terms of service govern the bookings and transactions completed on their platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or fulfilment of third-party listings.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Some booking links returned by Agentorist include affiliate tracking identifiers. If a purchase is completed through one of these links, Agentorist may receive a commission from the partner. This does not affect the price you pay or the ranking of results.
Agentorist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results are complete, accurate, or up to date, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentorist LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including failed or incorrect bookings completed on third-party platforms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
